Introduction

 

Tusangaire (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a cultural tourism aggregator platform. We connect travelers with cultural hosts, guides, and service providers across Uganda and beyond.

 

By using our website or booking services, you agree to these Terms.

 

Our Role

 

Tusangaire acts as an aggregator. We help you discover, book, and pay for cultural experiences. We do not directly provide the experiences. Each booking is a contract between you and the host/service provider.

 

User Responsibilities

 

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking

• Comply with local laws and respect cultural practices

• Use the platform lawfully and not for fraudulent purposes

 

Payments and Cancellations

 

• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers

• Cancellation and refund policies depend on the host/service provider’s terms, which will be shown at booking

 

Liability

 

Tusangaire is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or quality of services provided by hosts or third-party providers. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with:

 

• The laws of Uganda, where Tusangaire Tourism Limited is the service provider; or

• The laws of the State of Virginia, USA, where Tusangaire LLC is the service provider for U.S.-based users.

 

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country, as applicable to the service provider responsible for your booking.
